For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all supplemental policies incorporated herein by reference:

• "Platform" refers to the mnl68 online casino and sports betting website accessible at mnl68.cam, including all subpages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered player account created on the mnl68 Platform, identified by a unique username or email address and protected by a password.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any natural person who has registered an Account on the mnl68 Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 3.
• "Funds" refers to the PHP balance held in a Player's mnl68 Account, whether deposited directly or credited as a result of promotional activity.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cashable promotional credits credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines under Republic Act No. 9487.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of the mnl68 Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By completing the mnl68 registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you represent, warrant, and confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the mnl68 Platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the mnl68 Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where material changes are made, mnl68 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.

To register an Account and use the mnl68 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming platforms licensed to operate in the Philippines. mnl68 employs age verification measures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2. You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing the mnl68 Platform is lawful.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
4. You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from the mnl68 Platform, whether voluntarily through our self-exclusion program or involuntarily by decision of mnl68 or PAGCOR.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of mnl68 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
6. You must hold only one (1) active Account on the mnl68 Platform. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

mnl68 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where documentation provided is found to be false or misleading.

To access real-money gaming features on the mnl68 Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and not misleading. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund of deposited funds where fraud is established.

mnl68 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines to conduct KYC identity verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or driver's license)
• Proof of current Philippine residential address dated within three (3) months
• Selfie photograph held alongside the submitted identification document
• Source of funds declaration for Players transacting above PAGCOR-specified thresholds

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes requested by mnl68 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, Account closure in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

All financial transactions on the mnl68 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). mnl68 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the sole discretion of mnl68 without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount on mnl68 is ₱50 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum daily/weekly transaction limits, and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the mnl68 cashier section. Players are encouraged to review current limits before initiating transactions.

mnl68 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Payment instruments used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the mnl68 Account holder. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may be treated as a prohibited activity under these Terms.

mnl68 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms, pending investigation. Where a withholding period exceeds fourteen (14) calendar days, mnl68 will provide written notification to the Player via their registered email address.

mnl68 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral incentives, and other promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All promotional offers are governed first by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion and secondarily by this Section 6 of the general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all offers on the mnl68 Platform:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fulfilled in full.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount received, unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits of ₱200 per spin or per round apply when wagering with Bonus Funds, unless individual promotion terms permit otherwise.
• Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports bets at rates specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are subject to expiry periods specified in individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• mnl68 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, including recalling bonuses credited in error.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers in a manner contrary to these Terms — including through bonus hunting strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion — may have their bonuses voided and winnings derived therefrom forfeited without prior notice.

All games offered on the mnl68 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate under individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on the mnl68 Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on mnl68 are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories for randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed game providers and conducted by human dealers whose activities are streamed in real time. Sports betting odds are set by mnl68 and its odds providers and reflect market conditions at the time of bet placement.

mnl68 reserves the right to withhold payouts and void bets where there is evidence of technical exploitation, error exploitation, or use of any unauthorized third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in any game offered on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mnl68 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed herein may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without explicit written authorization from mnl68.
• Collusion with other Players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, including coordinated play in live poker or any other multiplayer game format.
• Registration of more than one (1) Account on the mnl68 Platform, whether under your own identity or a fabricated identity.
• Systematic exploitation of bonuses and promotional offers (commonly known as "bonus abuse") including but not limited to placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or hedging bets across multiple accounts.
• Use of the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other conduct that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) or the Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your true identity or location.
• Any form of chargebacks or payment reversal abuse relating to deposits made on the mnl68 Platform.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at mnl68 staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, audio, video, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the mnl68 Platform (collectively, "mnl68 IP") are owned by or licensed to mnl68 and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mnl68 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any mnl68 IP without express written permission from mnl68.

Any unauthorized use of mnl68 IP, including reproduction of the mnl68 brand, logo, or game assets for commercial purposes, constitutes a material infringement of mnl68's intellectual property rights and may subject the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, mnl68 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

mnl68's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant cause of action accrued, except where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation.

mnl68 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of mnl68 including force majeure events. mnl68 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information by mnl68 is governed by the mnl68 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and mnl68.

mnl68 processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account on the mnl68 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by mnl68, subject to mnl68's legal obligations under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering legislation which may require retention of certain data for prescribed periods.

mnl68 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform is strictly for adult entertainment and is accessible only to Filipino residents aged 21 years and above. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to manage their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to monitor the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on net losses over a defined period to prevent spending beyond a predetermined amount.

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the mnl68 Platform shall be governed by, interpreted in accordance with, and subject to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Philippine law by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the commercial intent of the original provision.

Disputes arising from Platform use that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and mnl68 may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Players retain their right to pursue legal remedies through Philippine courts.

mnl68 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to Platform features or services, changes in business operations, or to address gaps or ambiguities identified in the existing Terms.

Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address associated with their Account no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulation. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the mnl68 Platform.

Your continued use of the mnl68 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the amendment.
